How do I arrange for my drawings to be scanned?
Usually the easiest way is to drop them into our offices in Leeds. If you have large quantities of documents to scan in the Yorkshire area we may be able to collect for FREE - Call Us first 0113 335 1444 or Email [email protected] . For customers further afield we are happy to work with you to arrange professional courier services to get your drawings to us safely.
Can you dispose of our drawings after scanning
We recommend that all the scans we produce are checked by the customer prior to the disposal of your original documents. This can be time consuming for large quantities but checking is worthwhile as mistakes can be made
How do we receive the scanned files?
We are happy to send via a secure download link, copy files to your USB Stick or Drive. Or via a Cloud Service of your choice.

What file formats can you scan to?
Most customers require scans to PDF, these are usually 200dpi but other quality settings can be changed if required.
PDF's are interchangeable files that. most people can open and work with.
If you require graphic files such as JPEG and TIFF we can also scan to these formats, they are useful when you need to edit or change files.
Can you clean up old or damaged drawings?
Yes the software we use created a 'preview' of each document, we can adjust the file to give the best quality image. It can be surprising how older drawings can be cleaned up without losing any detail.
